Hacer las recetas fue una gran experiencia. Me gustaron mucho todas, pero las que más me gustaron fueron los chivitos y el mojito. Esas recetas necesitaron de un envolvimiento mayor de todo el equipo de cocineros y unió mucho el grupo. Sin embargo, otras tesis menos aceptadas sitúan su origen en las islas Antillas cuando eran colonia británica. &lt;img style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://www.duplipensar.net/images/geografia/mapa-espanha.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;Receta adaptada por nosotros ( en la original es echa con vino)&lt;br /&gt;1 Litro de zumo de uva&lt;br /&gt;2 naranjas de zumo exprimidas&lt;br /&gt;4 melocotones troceados&lt;br /&gt;5 cucharadas de azúcar&lt;br /&gt;2 cortezas de limón&lt;br /&gt;2 pellizcos de canela molida&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pasos:&lt;br /&gt;Paso 1: Echar o zumo de uva en un cuenco o jarra y añadir el azúcar hasta que se disuelva bien.&lt;br /&gt;Paso 2: Se exprimen las naranjas y se añaden al cuenco. Puede cortarse alguna rodaja de naranja entera como adorno.&lt;br /&gt;Paso 3: Lavar los melocotones, quitar la piel y cortarlos en trozos pequeños a gajos (un melocotón mediano en seis trozos, por ejemplo). Añadirlos a la mezcla. Si no es verano el melocotón puede sustituirse por cualquier fruta que se tenga a mano.&lt;br /&gt;Paso 4: Poner todo en una jarra o recipiente grande. Mejor jarra de barro. Guardar en el frigorífico. Debe servirse muy fría.Añadir cubitos de hielo y unas rodajas de limón.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Variantes: Frutas al gusto. La manzana, pera, kiwi, plátanos, frutas tropicales (que no sean blandas), pueden sustituir al melocotón (tradicional en la sangría española). También puede graduarse al gusto el zumo de naranja. Si se quiere rebajar no olvide los cubitos.
